Last time I was in sham shui Po I was shopping for hardwares inside a hardware store and saw they posted out an enlarged photograph from their security camera, it was a man who is supposed to be a professional thief stealing hardwares from store to store caught by the camera. The poster said "beware of this man" so I can still remember his face, look so ordinary with a backpack on his back, besides that I couldn't remember any other faces.
