I went to SSP last time in January this year, for finding cheap old radios and toys, those became workshop materials. SSP for me was a place of exotic raw materials, tools and sources.

I saw an old man at a toy stall, just next to the web market. He was around 70 year old, when i called him boss, he said he was not, just an employee there. I found some toys with really big discount, more than 50%off. Because that was the very last few days for their stall. The government is urging them to wind up the stall. So, they only want cash instead of goods with no where to store.

Later a woman came, should be the old man's wife, some neighbours was chatting with her, asking about winding up affairs...she implied that they have no choice, desperately. I keep listening to what they talked while choosing and testing the toys. however i was having a sense of powerless...

i like the stall and the old couple pretty much. but i afraid that become my first but last encounter.

next, when i was searching for 2nd hand radio, i suddenly found a shop, simply, wholeheartedly dedicated to tofu.

they only make and sell sth made from soy bean. sounds very focused and devoted. feel quite unbelievable. but i really admire and respect the shop and its owner. the kindness of 2 shop ladies made me feel homey. i guess they care for everybody's health gently, by offering high quality tofu stuff.

will re visit them.
