Actually, I really like samshuipo... Very often I go there if I want som time for myself. I find sourcing some beads, ribbons and buttons with the idea of making jewelry (which then never happens) quite relaxing. When I go I normally visit a little daipadong there that had nice noodle soup and sometimes finish by visiting the bird market... And yes I discovered a nice fabric shop there that ended up making my wedding dress...
